CERTIFICATE IN MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES

This program is intended to enable students to gain both basic knowledge and the skills required to perform the duties of practitioners in human resource management, through learning of elements essential to this field of study. 

More specifically, this program aims to provide students with: the comprehension and foundations of human resource management objectives; Systematic acquisition of knowledge and skills and basic activities in human resources management; acquisition of the necessary analytical and reasoning ability (‘effective intervention as a practitioner’), specific to resource management;  understanding of the interrelationships between various human resource management activity programs, human beings and the integration of an overall understanding of the links that unite human resources management within organizations.
