Goal
This program provides both theoretical and practical multidisciplinary training on four major fields of industrial relations. Your training will be enriched by concepts related to collective bargaining, compensation management, health at work and public policy. You will become an expert in social relations between collective actors (employers, unions, state) in the world of work and employment.

Topics include characteristics, expectations, needs of immigrant and refugee populations, problems associated with integration into the host society; prejudices, jobs, living conditions, school adaptation, intergenerational and interethnic conflicts, ghettoization, etc. Topics include values, roles, and attitudes of the social worker concerning multiethnic placement. | 3 |
