ADMISSION REQUirements

The admission requirements are as follows:

1st cycle: (undergraduate license)To be admitted to this program, the candidate must have a high school diploma, or Its equivalent.

2nd cycle: (master’s program)To be admitted to this program, the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent.

3rd cycle: (doctoralprogram)^o be admitted to this program, the candidate must have a master’s degree, or its equivalent. Important deadlines:

Admission deadline, you must:

– Obtain the dates from the admissions department or the registrar’s office.
-Check the date with the corresponding department / head of school.
-Check the newspapers or the GOC University website.

Dates to remember:
Semester / session periods

Fall: October – June
Spring: March -June
Summer: July – September (intensive)

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
the thesis or the final exit exam

All candidates wishing to submit their dissertation (D) or take the final exit exam (FEE) must have successfully completed all the required courses in their field of study / major.

To receive a diploma, the student must have:a) successfully accumulated, or obtained in an accepted equivalent manner, the number of credits required for each field of study / major;
b) have a cumulative final grade percentage equal to or
greater than 65/100;
c) meets all general requirements and regulations of the university. Take note of the University’s programs.

RENEWAL REQUEST

Renewal steps to follow:

Step 1
Order, pay and receive a temporary receipt.
Show the printed renewal made online and your student card.
Obtain a new form of renewal for verification.

Step 2
Photo- Go back to the photographer of your old card for another one.

Step 3 Academic advisor

Take the completed steps 1 and 2 to the academic advisor (CA) of your choice.Complete with your Final CA Renewal (FRD) form, then return it to the advisor. This will be your final calendar for the new semester which will be sent by e-mail.

Step 4 Check-out

Return to checkout with your FRD to receive your computerized receipt. No student will be admitted to campus without this receipt.

ADMISSION REQUEST AND MODIFICATION

If you have already accepted an offer of admission to one program and decide to decline that offer to accept another program, you must first electronically record your rejection of your decision. If you answered “no” and wish to change your mind, you must notify the Registrar’s office by contacting registraire@ugoc.edu. ht.

The registrar’s office staff will enter the data into the system. You can access your file by reconnecting to the portal and viewing the status of the admission offer in the target session. However, this procedure does not apply to a declined offer in a limited or limited capacity register program.

Follow the instructions of the application you used to complete your online application and come as soon as possible to bring the documents required to complete your file.
